PACKAGE POLICY Thank you for choosing Perch Insights Consulting! We're committed to providing you with an exceptional experience. Please review our policy below to ensure we're on the same page. PURCHASE & REFUND POLICY All package purchases are final and non-refundable. We want you to feel completely confident in your investment with us, so if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing, please don't hesitate to reach out! Should any issues arise after your purchase, we genuinely care about your experience and encourage you to contact us so we can work together to find a solution. NO-SHOW POLICY We understand that life happens, and unexpected situations arise. However, if you miss a scheduled session without contacting us 24 hours in advance, the full session price will be charged, and that session will be deducted from your package. We ask that you please reach out to us as soon as possible if you're unable to make your appointment. We're always happy to work with you to reschedule. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY We recognize that schedules change, and we're here to accommodate you whenever possible. If you need to cancel a session, please contact us 24 hours before your session. While we cannot offer refunds for cancelled sessions, we're more than happy to help you reschedule to another date and time that works better for you. Your sessions remain available within your package validity period, and we want to make sure you're able to use them all.
