Work With Me
Most coaching starts by trying to change you.
That's not what happens here.
The work I do begins with a different premise: that you are already perceptive, already capable, already ahead of the rooms you've been operating in. The problem has never been who you are. The problem has been where you've been standing.
So, we don't start by building you up. We start by repositioning the work, moving you from the ground floor, where every conversation requires effort and every contribution requires defense, to the Perch, where your perspective carries because of where you stand.
From there, the work becomes precise: what to claim, what to release, what to shift, and how to make sure the rooms around you finally do what they should have done years ago, Look Up, Listen, and Follow.
How Every Engagement Runs
Whether we work together for one session or six months, the foundation is the same:
A strategic intake before we meet. You complete an intake form that lets me understand the moment you're in, the patterns you're seeing, and the specific outcomes you want. I review it carefully and come to our first session ready with the right questions.
Dynamic sessions calibrated to you. No template, no script, no fill-in-the-blank workbook. Sessions are built around your situation, your stakes, and what's actually moving in your work. Every session has a point.
Real homework between sessions. Not busywork, work that integrates what we discuss into the actual rooms you're walking into. Calibrated to your bandwidth and your pace.
A personalized plan you walk away with. Every engagement produces a written plan you keep, what to claim, what to shift, what to track, and what comes next.
The depth and pace are calibrated to the engagement. The principle stays the same.
The Engagements
The Vantage
A single strategy session for the moment that can't wait.
One hour. Focused. Designed for the high-performer at a decision point, a role transition, a hard conversation, a moment when the right perspective could change the trajectory of the next ninety days.
Includes the strategic intake form, a focused 60-minute working session, and a short-term plan you walk away with. No commitment beyond the session itself.
Best for: Clients testing the waters, navigating a specific decision, or wanting a focused outside perspective without entering a longer engagement.
Investment: $297
The Ascent
Five sessions over one month. For when the moment is now.
A focused, high-momentum engagement for clients ready to make a specific move and want strategic partnership through it.
Five 1:1 sessions over four weeks, each tied to clear goals and homework. Email and messaging access between sessions for the moments when something shifts and you need a quick perspective check.
Best for: Clients with a defined challenge, a transition, a repositioning, a season of high stakes, who want intensity, accountability, and visible progress in a contained timeframe.
Investment: Available on inquiry
The Perch
Fifteen sessions over three months. For claiming the position.
The flagship engagement. Three months of consistent strategic partnership for clients ready to claim a meaningful shift in how they show up, how they're perceived, and how they lead.
Fifteen 1:1 sessions, ongoing email and messaging access, dynamic homework calibrated to your work, and a personalized plan that evolves as you do.
This is the engagement for clients who are ready to do the real work, not to become someone new, but to stop performing from the ground floor and finally claim the perch they've already earned.
Best for: Clients in a season of significant transition, repositioning, or leadership claiming. Clients who want the long view, not the quick win.
Investment: Available on inquiry
The Long View
A six-month strategic retainer. For leaders who want the perch perspective, ongoing.
A focused, high-momentum engagement for clients ready to make a specific move and want strategic partnership through it.
For established clients and leaders who want strategic partnership available across the seasons of their work. Structure and rhythm are calibrated to the client, some use it for ongoing 1:1 sessions, some for on-call strategic access at the moments that matter most, some for both. We design the engagement together based on what you actually need.
Best for:
Clients in ongoing leadership roles, clients navigating a longer arc of transition, and existing clients ready to move from project work to ongoing partnership.
Investment: Available on inquiry
This Work Is For You If
-
You are a high performer who has been chronically underestimated and you are done.
-
You see what others miss, and you are tired of softening, explaining, or apologizing for what you see.
-
You want a strategic partner, not a cheerleader, not a therapist, not a guru. Someone who has been in the rooms, who has led under real stakes, and who will tell you the truth.
-
You are willing to do the work between sessions, not just talk about doing it.
-
You want results that show up in the rooms you walk into, not just feelings that show up in your journal.
This Work Isn't For You If
I respect your time too much to pretend this is for everyone. Coaching with me probably isn't the right fit if:
-
You're looking for someone who will tell you what you want to hear. I don't sell lies. If you want validation, there are easier places to get it.
-
You're not ready to do the work between sessions. This isn't a venting space. It's a strategic partnership, and the work happens in the rooms you walk into between our conversations.
-
You're looking for therapy or clinical support. Coaching is a powerful tool, but it isn't every tool. If what you actually need is therapy, for trauma, for clinical mental health concerns, for medical issues, I'll tell you that, and I'll be honest about it from the first call. I will not pretend coaching can do what therapy is built for.
-
You're hoping for guaranteed outcomes on someone else's timeline. I don't promise outcomes I can't control. What I promise is the work, the perspective, and the partnership. The pace of your transformation belongs to you.
-
You want a coach who will tell you what to do. I treat you as the expert on your own life. My job is to help you see what you've been carrying, what's actually possible from where you're standing, and what the next move looks like. We figure it out together. If you want a directive, prescriptive coach — I'm not it.
