What does this process look like?
WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION?

Every session starts where you are not where someone or somethings says you should be. We begin by identifying your most pressing challenge, whether that's daily battles over routines, feeling like the household referee, or simply being exhausted from the constant push-back.

From there, we break down what's actually happening (not what you think should be happening) and build a family plan together. You're not getting generic advice, you're getting a customized strategy session where we map out specific agreements, communication frameworks, and implementation steps. Think of it as mission planning: clear objectives, defined roles, actionable tactics, and measurable outcomes.
Most importantly, sessions are collaborative. You know your family better than anyone. My role is bringing the operational frameworks and outside perspective that help you see solutions you couldn't see from inside the chaos.
WHAT TOOLS/FRAMEWORKS DO YOU USE?

I use what actually works, frameworks battle-tested in high-stakes environments and adapted for family life:
Agreement Architecture | We build collaborative family agreements using negotiation principles from managing teams in military and corporate settings. These aren't parent-imposed rules; they're systems everyone contributes to and commits to.

The Three-Theater Strategy | Every challenge gets examined from three angles: the individual behaviors, the family dynamics, and the external pressures. Most solutions fail because they only address one.
Visual Planning Systems | Drawing from project management, we create simple visual tools that make expectations clear, track progress, and celebrate wins. Nothing complicated, just clarity that reduces confusion and conflict.
Retrospective Review Process | Families learn to assess what's working and adjust what isn't, creating a continuous improvement system rather than depending on me long-term.
The goal isn't to make you dependent on coaching tools, it's to give you frameworks you can use independently once we've solved the immediate challenges.

WHAT'S THE TYPICAL CLIENT JOURNEY?

Phase 1 | Assessment & Foundation (Weeks 1-2) We start by mapping your current reality, what's actually happening versus what you want to be happening. You'll complete a family assessment that identifies your biggest pain points and hidden patterns. Together we prioritize what needs to change first (trying to fix everything at once is a recipe for failure).

Phase 2 | Strategy & Implementation (Weeks 3-6) This is where we build and deploy your custom family systems. Each week we tackle one core challenge, create the agreement framework around it, and implement it together. You're not figuring this out alone , we troubleshoot in real-time as your family adjusts to new dynamics.

Phase 3 | Refinement & Independence (Weeks 7-8) Once the major systems are in place, we focus on fine-tuning and ensuring you can maintain momentum without me. You learn how to run your own family debriefs, make adjustments as kids grow, and handle new challenges using the frameworks we've established.

Post-Coaching Many clients stay connected through occasional check-in sessions or access to resource libraries, but the goal is always independence, you should have the tools to navigate future challenges on your own.

WHAT RESULTS CAN CLIENTS EXPECT?

Immediate Relief (Week 1-2)
Simply having a clear plan and knowing you're not figuring this out alone reduces overwhelm significantly. Parents report feeling like they can finally breathe again.
Tactical Wins (Weeks 3-6)
You'll see concrete improvements in your priority areas, whether that's smoother mornings, reduced conflict, better cooperation, or just feeling like you're leading your family instead of being dragged through each day. These aren't temporary fixes; they're sustainable systems.
Long-Term Transformation (Weeks 7-8+)
The bigger shift happens when your family stops operating in constant reaction mode and starts functioning as a team. Decisions get easier. Conflicts decrease. Kids develop ownership over their behavior because they helped create the agreements.
Beyond Coaching
You'll walk away with frameworks you can apply to any future challenge, not just the issues we worked on together. When new problems arise (and they will, because that's parenting), you'll have a systematic approach rather than feeling lost.
Real Talk: This isn't magic. It requires your engagement and follow-through. But if you show up and do the work, you'll move from feeling overwhelmed and reactive to feeling confident and in control. That's the transformation, and it's worth every bit of effort.
